Disk Storage
This is the total amount of storage space used by your web site, including
log files.
Monthly Data Transfer
The amount of data transferred to and from your web site. This does not
include FTP and email traffic.
Email Aliases
Email Aliases allow you to have multiple email addresses for one email
account. For example, you could create a an email account, admin@example.com,
and have the aliases sales@example.com and support@example.com all send
to the admin@example.com account.
Email Autoresponders
Email autoresponders allow you to setup an automatic response email that
would be sent when mail is received by an account.
Catchall Email Account
A catchall account can be set up which would receive email addressed to
nonexistent accounts at your domain.
POP/IMAP Access
If you are using an email client to check your mail, you can use either
POP or IMAP to access the account.
WebMail
WebMail allows you to access your email account using only a web browser.
Email Quota Control
As a domain owner, you will be able to set email storage quotas for your
users.
Email Defense
Email Defense
allows domain owners to set policies for filtering spam, viruses, and
attachments from their email. Messages can be quarantined and each user
receives a daily quarantine report and can release or delete messages
using a web link. This is an additional cost service. See the Email
Defense serivce details.
Email Antivirus Scanning
All incoming and outgoing email is scanned for viruses using Trend Micro
Antivirus. Any emails containing viruses are not delivered. Due to the
proliferation of viruses which forge the sender, we do not send virus
notifications to the sender or recipient.
Email Account Storage
Each email account has a 50MB storage limit Additional storage can be
added for an additional fee.
Subdomains
Subdomains allow you to have a site at a different hostname at your domain.
For example, you could create a subdomain photos.example.com if you owned
example.com. Subdomain files are stored in a folder of your root web directory
which is named the same as the hostname. In the example above, creating
the subdomain photos.example.com would create a folder /photos in your
main account. All files in the /photos folder become the web root of photos.example.com.
Domain Pointers
Domain pointers allow you to have multiple domain names point to your
primary web site.
Access Databases
You can use Microsoft Access databases to store and retrieve information
from your web site.
Create Database DSNs
You can use the Helm Control Panel to create database DSNs to point to
your Microsoft Access and/or Microsoft SQL databases. Note that we do
not recommend using DSNs for new code, only for backward compatibility
with existing code. For new code, you should use DSN-less connection strings.
MS SQL 2000 Database
For reliable, high-use, database-driven web site, we offer Microsoft SQL
Server 2000 databases. If your hosting plan does not include a database,
you can add it for an additional fee. Database sizes start at 25 MB and
additional SQL storage can be added for an additional fee. SQL database
storage is not included in your web site storage limit.

ActiveState Perl
ActiveState Perl is a Windows-based Perl interpreter which allows you
to run Perl scripts using CGI (cgi-bin). Please note that ActiveState
Perl may not be compatible with Perl scripts designed to run on unix Perl.

FrontPage 2002 Extensions
FrontPage extensions allow you to publish your site using FrontPage (any
version).
SmarterStats Web Statistics
SmarterStats automatically analyzes your web site logs and allows you
to log in and view statistics reports at any time.
SSL Support
SSL certificates can be used on plans with SSL support. A certificate
is not provided by AHS, you will need to purchase one. You can purchase
a GeoTrust SSL certificate during the signup
process or at any time after.
Web-based Control Panel
You will be able to manage your account using Helm, an industry standard,
web-based control panel.
FTP Accounts
You will have a master FTP account which has full access to your files.
You can also create additional FTP accounts to allow third parties (such
as web designers) to access your site files.
Password Protected Directories
Using your web-based control panel, you can easily set up password protected
directories.
Web File Manager
Using your web-based control panel, you can manage your web site files
quickly and easily.
Static IP Address
Static IP addresses are only assigned to accounts using SSL certificates
or temporarily for use in uploading and testing a site prior to DNS propagation.
